This is not so much a comment as a question. I recently ordered the Wen hair care system and have used it twice so far and love the way it has repaired my damaged hair, but I am allergic to 2 of the preservatives in the cleanser. I am not sure if these are in the Re Moist Intensive Hair treatment and/or the Texture Balm. The 2 preservatives that I am allergic to are Methylchloroisothiazolinone and Methylisothiazolineone. I wanted to know if any of the products do not have these 2 preservatives in them. Please let me know if you do, because I would really be disappointed to have to send it all back.

I loved this product, but is there anyone else out there who kept getting shipments they had canceled the order for, and then were harassed by Meaningful Beauty collection agents (called Ruthy-Genther, in case you didn't know who they represented). I am just curious because I am lucky that I have a proof of shipment UPS tracking number to defend myself and my credit score. Otherwise I would be getting forced to pay for product I didn't order and later returned. Is there anyone else out there that was harassed like this? I found that I can get it on Amazon without the hassle of monthly shipments and collections agents for product I returned.

I returned my product because it didn’t work well with my hair. I never received a refund because I returned it beyond the 60 days. I asked to have the product sent back to me and was told that it would be returned. I NEVER received my product. This was last year and I’m still waiting!
